Our collaboration
An explanation of the collaboration between NSGH, OIG and KCGH.
Who does what
NSGH, OIG and KCGH together form a strong triangle in global health. From a shared mission on health equity and sustainable care, we each fulfil our own role: NSGH connects professionals, OIG trains and KCGH develops and shares knowledge.
NSGH (formerly NVTG) is the professional association for professionals in global health. The association connects members and peers in an active network and encourages exchange between disciplines. Through its working groups, NSGH develops and shares knowledge, raises topical issues and contributes to advocacy and positioning of the profession.

What we do together
Through our partnership, we jointly organise symposia on current topics in global health, promote the exchange of knowledge, education and professional development, and work to raise the profile of global health issues and ensure they remain on the agenda.
We bring together professionals, partners and networks to tackle shared societal challenges, and we collaborate with other partners within the healthcare sector to maximise our impact. Together, we ensure that networking, training and knowledge-sharing reinforce one another.
Our strategy
Our partnership is guided by a shared strategy for 2026–2030: Solidarity in action – A strategic vision for health equity. The strategy builds on our shared commitment to tackling health inequalities, collaboration, education, research and policy advocacy, and sets out how we will further strengthen our joint approach to global health challenges. The strategy provides guidance on our shared vision, strategic priorities and the complementary roles of NSGH, OIG and KCGH in making a difference together.
